We’re a proud member of the World Axe Throwing League and host the only WATL League in Clearwater and St Petersburg, Florida.

With over 3800 sq ft, we can host groups ranging in size from 6 to 100+.

Interested in a full buyout of Hatchet Hangout?

We have experience with full buyout events hosted by corporate and non-profit groups. Hatchet Hangout encompasses our indoor area with a Craft beer bar and our Bullseye Self-Pour Beverage bar with Beer, Cider, Wines and Seltzer. Hatchet Hangout can accommodate buyouts during both operating and non-operating hours. We can accommodate a variety of food, beverage and entertainment requests in a custom package as well. A small stage is available for live entertainment in Hatchet Hangout.

  • Full Venue

    Our Private Axe Throwing Experience is for larger groups of up to 100 throwers. Your group will have the entire facility to yourselves, including dedicated lanes and targets, casual seating areas, and dedicated axe coaches.

  • Let us help

    We will work with you to schedule any activities needed prior to your arrival – decorations, food, a cake, whatever you wish to bring to make your event special please let us know. We have beverages for sale and can offer an open bar option or can coordinate pre-paid drinks.

  • Our Coaching staff

    Our professionally-trained instructors will take your group step by step through the technique of throwing an axe and they will help guide your group through many different games and challenges. We can set up a tournament style event or just have open throwing, games, or all three!

  • Thing to know

    You must wear closed-toe shoes. No flip flops or sandals Each attendee (throwing or not) must complete and sign a waiver. For sanitary reasons, please complete your waiver online; a link will be available in your confirmation email.
